Responsibilities

• Translate complex business requirements into thoughtful, elegant, human-centered, digital product designs.
• Lead on-site and remote project teams.
• Balance a hands-on approach to project work with delegation and oversight.
• Lead and mentor Craft designers and help foster skill development and career growth.
• Develop strong relationships between the Craft team and its clients.
• Manage client communication and expectations.
• Work collaboratively with internal and external research and engineering teams.
• Articulate design approach and rationale to clients in a clear manner.
• Assist in recruiting and interviewing of candidates.
• Identify and support new business opportunities and efforts.
